“working with janae has been genuinely profound. she works so intuitively, creating a space that welcomes and instills a sense of both safety and support that has allowed me to see and look deeply at things i could not before. she has shown me how to find and sit with wounds and feelings i had not realized were there, and has taught me that i can heal simply by being in and listening to my body. i am incredibly grateful to her for walking with me down this path to home.”

“…the space Janae created was safe, grounded, and non-judgmental. It was a time to slow down, embrace yourself, and start a journey of healing. She provides different approaches with care and compassion. Janae was always checking in... I never felt pushed or pressured but support through every step. She is the most genuine person and provider I have encountered.”
